Preliminary Design & Estimate

P&B can provide an initial preliminary design based on minimal information and provide a budgetary estimate (i.e. +/-20%) within 24 hours of discussing the project requirements.

 
Permitting

P&B will research and ensure the project meets all permitting requirements based on the site location.  This will include a combination of submitting the plans for approval and coordinating all required inspections during the build out.

Architectural Drawings

 P&B will complete all Architectural drawings required for the buildout and as required for the locations jurisdiction.

 
Certificate of Occupancy

Full construction meeting all code requirements to ensure receipt of final approval of Certificate of Occupancy OR Certificate of Compliance as required.
